Set within the master-planned lakeside community of Long Cove in Malakoff, Texas, this landscape project builds on an established design-build relationship where trust and collaboration reign. The design bridges the home to its surroundings through living spaces that honor the native context – balancing built form with natural edge. Delivered in just three months through a streamlined process, the result is a seamless extension of home and landscape.

The Lakeside Fire-Pit Terrace

The fire-pit terrace, positioned for sunset views across the lake, features clean lines of native materials and a sleek steel fire bowl as the focal point. Framed by the meadow and the lake beyond, the terrace becomes both gathering space and visual anchor – reflecting the Landvisions promise of landscapes that feel deeply of their place rather than simply placed on it.
