More About Our Process

Your project begins on the property. We walk the site with you, examine how the land is shaped, and discuss how you envision the space functioning. This initial visit helps us understand the site’s unique conditions and the priorities that will guide the design.

Our architects and designers study the notes from the site visit and begin shaping a concept that fits both the land and the way you want to use it. We review the ideas together, refine the layout, and confirm the scope so the design moves forward with a clear direction.

Once the concept is approved, we take care of the technical steps that set up a smooth build. This includes permits, HOA submissions, material planning, and coordination with our design, irrigation, and grading teams. Addressing these details early helps prevent delays once crews arrive on site.

With plans in place, our field crews begin the build. Because the same team handled the design, decisions are made quickly, and the work stays aligned with the original intent. We manage scheduling, inspections, and communication to ensure the project progresses smoothly from one phase to the next.

As the project wraps up, we walk the space with you and check that all systems and structures are working as intended. We also discuss long-term care so the landscape settles in well and continues to perform as it matures.
