Situated on the quiet shores of Lake Cherokee, this homesite was re-imagined to support both relaxed lakeside living and meaningful connections among friends and family. The narrow lot and neighboring homes presented constraints, yet our planning embraced those limits to craft fluid vehicular and pedestrian circulation alongside comfortable outdoor living zones. The result is a thoughtfully balanced site that prioritizes privacy, function, and the effortless rhythm of lakeside life.
The Firepit Terrace with Lakeside Sunset View
Anchoring the primary connection between the home and lake, the firepit terrace is set with a cleanly-fitted Lueders slab path and gravel seating zone that invites sunset gatherings. The linear pool terrace walls frame the view while the choice of materials complements the lakeside geometry and atmosphere. This purposeful outdoor room reflects Landvisions’ commitment to places that feel intrinsic to both lifestyle and landscape.
