ABOUT THIS POSITION
Landscape Crew Members are a critical component to what we do at Landvisions and are relied on daily to contribute to the progress and execution of our projects. Landscape Crew Members are expected to work hard, maintain a great attitude, and respect their leader’s directives while being proactive in their work. Working diligently and taking initiative while working collaboratively with their co-workers is the basis for maintaining their employment. Upward mobility within Landvisions is 100% dependent on the employee’s commitment to hard work, craftsmanship, and learn additional skills. This is a position on a landscape crew for daily installation and maintenance activities. Applicants must have daily transportation to the office where they clock in and then travel with their crew in a company vehicle to a job site. This is a full time position and requires the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, and routinely lift and move landscape material around the job site.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the landscape, or similar, industry
- Working knowledge of horticultural principles related to plant installation, growth, and maintenance
- Basic working knowledge of best practice technique related to landscape planting, soils prep, and drainage
- Bilingual preferred, not required.
