ABOUT YOU

Inspired by all things outdoors and possessing a keen eye for what separates unique from average, you are creative, inquisitive, thought-provoking and will bring a unique perspective that will enrich our projects and our team. You should have a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field and a strong design acumen with proven experience. We prefer you to have a willingness to push boundaries and bend rules to create inspiring and memorable outdoor spaces.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As part of the Design team, you will work closely with our talented and experienced staff on every aspect of project design work. This is a full-time position working in our design studio; however, we are open to a hybrid working scenario for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Analysis/Design: involvement in entire design process from site inventory/analysis through concept development, client presentation and construction detailing

  • Graphics: creatively articulate all aspects of the design process using various media, including hand drawing, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 or other processes

  • CAD Drafting: use AutoCAD to develop construction document sets, including technical details, grading, planting, drainage and irrigation plans

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
  • Hand drawing and sketching to communicate design intent internally and to our clients
  • Keen eye for details, ability to listen and an inquisitive mind
  • Project management experience with ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
