ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Irrigation Service Manager plays a critical leadership role across the Maintenance, Landscape Install, and Construction divisions. This position is responsible for managing the quality, schedule, and client relations for all irrigation service contracts, repairs, and quarterly/monthly maintenance programs. You will:
- Direct and coordinate the irrigation service team, overseeing daily schedules, work pipelines, and equipment needs.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Production Managers, and Project Managers to create service schedules, enhancement layouts, and estimates to support the division.
- Manage procurement for irrigation materials, inventory, and related equipment.
- Oversee reporting on key performance indicators, sales goals, and resource planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for irrigation-related service requests, troubleshooting, and client communications.
This is a leadership role that blends technical expertise, team management, and strategic planning to support both client satisfaction and company growth.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years in the Irrigation Install or Irrigation Service industry.
- Proven experience in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Leadership experience managing service teams, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Strong knowledge of water management strategies and smart controller technology.
- Ability to manage procurement processes, inventory, and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic principles related to irrigation installation and service.
- Working knowledge and use of standard irrigation tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual preferred, not required.
- TCEQ – Technician License preferred, not required.
