As part of our Design | Build | Manage team, you’ll help steward landscapes from vision to vibrant living reality. We’re seeking a passionate Garden Manager who cares deeply about gardens, plants, and the people who enjoy them.

ABOUT US

Landvisions is a leading landscape architecture and construction firm serving East Texas — creating and caring for outdoor spaces that range from intimate residential gardens to sprawling estates and public landscapes. For over two decades, our collaborative team has delivered more than 2100 projects grounded in creativity, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for the outdoors. We don’t just build landscapes — we nurture spaces where families, friends, communities, and nature grow together.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Garden Manager, you’ll be a key player in guiding the health, look, and performance of landscapes entrusted to us. This role blends hands-on horticulture with client engagement, coordination, and leadership. Your days will shift between office strategy and field stewardship, keeping both people and landscapes flourishing.

You’ll work closely with our maintenance teams and clients to ensure every property reflects exceptional care, seasonal readiness, and lasting beauty.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships rooted in trust and communication.
  • Develop maintenance plans, schedules, and seasonal strategies that support plant health, design intent and construction quality.
  • Coordinate and lead field crews with clarity, expertise, and a commitment to quality.
  • Inspect sites regularly to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Estimate enhancements that elevate form, function, and plant performance.
  • Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and work order management.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re someone who sees the potential in every season and every plant — with the experience to back it up. You enjoy blending horticulture know-how with thoughtful leadership and customer care.

You bring:

  • Experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field.
  • Regional plant knowledge and horticultural understanding specific to East Texas growing conditions.
  • Confidence in scheduling, material logistics, and operational planning.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness for ongoing professional growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
