Brady Brewer

With a big smile often accompanied by a joke, Brady readily connects with people and makes them feel welcome. As a manager, he is extremely dependable and tirelessly works towards achieving set goals. He can often be found “in the trenches” working alongside crews to train and motivate them towards excellence. 

Brady grew up in Tyler on a 200 acre farm where he learned the values of family and hard work. His first formal exposure to irrigation and drainage outside of the farm was while working as an irrigation service tech in the summers during high school. As a full time student studying Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at The University of North Texas, he worked 40-60 hours a week to start an irrigation and drainage service company in the Dallas area. Ten years post-grad developing this business led to an acquisition and franchise with this company still being in existence today. 

Experience in business development across industries has created in Brady a strong ownership mindset that leads to an elevated sense of responsibility and commitment to doing things “the right way”. His family-oriented values contribute to creating a workplace culture with strong personal ties and warm inclusivity.
