ABOUT YOU

We are looking for Irrigation service tech crew leaders with 4+ years of experience working on irrigation installations or maintenance. Applicants must have an advanced working knowledge of irrigation products and installation procedures and be able to take direction from supervisors. In addition, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and empowers junior team members to take initiative in their professional growth. A great attitude and strong work ethic are a must!

ABOUT THIS POSITION

This is a position for an irrigation service tech crew leader for daily repair and installation activities. Applicants must have daily transportation to the office where they clock in and then travel in a company service vehicle to job sites. This is a full-time position and requires the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, and routinely lift and move irrigation and landscape materials around the job site. You will be required to evaluate plant material, existing irrigation systems, and make proper recommendations or solutions to any problems around the property.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years in the Irrigation install or service industry.

• Working knowledge of hydraulic principles related to irrigation installation and service.

• Working knowledge and use of standard irrigation tools and equipment.

• Bilingual preferred, not required.

• Driver’s license preferred, not required.

• TCEQ - Technician License preferred, not required.
